1. What are your opening hours?

Ans:

1.00pm – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all government‑gazetted public and school holidays.
 

2. Are you open during the March, June, September, and December school holidays?

Ans: Yes, we remain open during all four school holiday periods.
 

3. Will the teachers pick my child up from school?

Ans: We provide daily school pick‑up for:

• Ahmad Ibrahim Primary School

• Yishun Primary School

• Xishan primary school

For students from other schools, parents may arrange transport to our centre.
A teacher will be assigned to receive your child safely at the bus drop‑off point.

4. What is your teacher‑student ratio?

Ans: Our ratio is 1 teacher to 12 students.
This ensures every child receives attention, guidance, and emotional support in a calm environment.

5. Can I pay a pro‑rated fee if my child attends only four days a week or less?

Ans: A daily rate of $50 is applied

6. When do I pay the student care fees?

Ans: Fees are collected before the start of each new month, on a monthly basis

7. How much are the Student Care fees?

Ans:

Registration Fee (one‑time) : $50

Annual Learning Materials: $120

Annual Insurance: $30

School Holiday and non-school term days Morning Session:  Additional $10/day

This helps us cover the extra manpower needed to ensure proper supervision and to provide engaging activities for the children.

The additional $10/day applies only when your child attends the morning session.

​

8. If my child attends only part of the school holidays, is the fee pro‑rated?

For the March, June, September, and December school holidays, the standard monthly fees apply.
If your child attends before 1.30pm, an additional $10/day is charged to support manpower needs.

9. Can the student care centre help my child complete online homework? 

     Ans: Our centre supports children with hard‑copy homework only.

     We do not assist with online homework to prevent situations where children may         secretly access digital games, which can distract them and affect their learning focus.
     This approach helps us maintain a safe, structured, and study‑focused environment for       all students.
